Young & Bloom Skin is seeking a highly organized, warm, and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of the spa — ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries with polished etiquette
- Provide spa tours, offer refreshments, and support an elevated guest experience
- Transition guests to treatment rooms and relaxation areas
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and satisfied
Scheduling & Daily Operations
- Book and manage appointments using our booking software
- Maintain staff schedules, time-off requests (with manager approval), breaks, and communication blocks
- Scan and upload intake forms; maintain clear front desk notes for smooth shift handoffs
- Perform daily spa setup to help services run on time
- Set up rooms and linens for next-day appointments as needed
Retail, Inventory & Orders
- Process retail and online sales transactions; prepare shipments
- Assist guests with product recommendations, custom orders, and blending-bar needs
- Keep retail displays neat, stocked, and guest-ready
- Complete weekly inventory counts for products and supplies
Admin, Closeout & Facility Support
- Keep front desk organized and clean; file, copy, and maintain paperwork and marketing materials
- Cash drawer closeout, cash deposits, and cash record keeping
- AM/PM opening and closing duties per schedule
- Troubleshoot and spot-check rooms/common areas for cleanliness and readiness
- Assist with light cleaning and laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away) as needed
Experience & Skills
- Associate’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years in an administrative or hospitality role (including booking/scheduling appointments)
- Retail or sales experience strongly preferred
- Interest in skincare, wellness, aromatherapy, or health & beauty is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- $18/hour plus company discounts and perks
- Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time
- Weekday PM shifts
- Weekend shifts (8:00am–4:00pm) as needed
