Spa Parties & Groups – Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can you accommodate?
Our spa party packages are designed for groups of 6–12 guests, depending on the package selected. Petite Retreat and Facial + Massage parties can accommodate 6–12 guests, Signature Spa Parties are designed for 6–9 guests, and Luxe Spa Parties accommodate 6–10 guests. Larger Signature groups may sometimes be accommodated depending on treatment selections and provider availability.

How long should we plan for our spa party?
Most spa parties last approximately 2½–4 hours depending on your selected package, guest count and treatment schedule. Guests rotate through their scheduled services while other members of the group enjoy the private lounge, refreshments and sauna.

What treatments are available for spa parties?
Depending on the package, guests may choose a customized facial, Swedish massage or deep-tissue massage. Our Facial + Massage Spa Party and Luxe Spa Party include both a facial and massage for every guest.

What is included with every spa party?
Every spa party includes private lounge access, champagne and orange juice, light snacks, a group sauna session, robes and refreshing cool towels, and a coordinated treatment schedule for your group.

Do you offer food or catering?
All spa parties include light snacks and refreshments. Our Luxe Spa Party also includes catered food from local vendors, along with champagne, orange juice and nonalcoholic beverages. Catering selections and dietary restrictions must be finalized at least 10 days before the event.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend submitting your event request as early as possible, especially for weekends, Saratoga Race Course season, holidays and other peak dates. Availability depends on the number of guests, treatments selected and provider schedules.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance, final guest count and all service selections are due 10 days before the event.

What is your cancellation policy for spa parties?
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least seven days before the event. Payments are nonrefundable for cancellations made fewer than seven days before the event. Reductions to the final guest count made fewer than seven days before the event will not reduce the remaining balance.

Is there a group booking fee?
Yes. A $50 setup and cleanup fee applies to every spa party. One person must serve as the primary contact for the group, and one credit or debit card must be used for the reservation.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free, convenient parking is available on-site at our Saratoga Springs location just off Excelsior Avenue.
